Greyson's Baby Shower!

Today was my fabulous baby shower for the little man. I told my sister I wanted laid back, kid friendly and fun which is exactly what she gave me. Parties about me aren't really my thing (I love them for other people though!) and so today was just perfect. A few friends, a happy Ava (very important) and just a chance to get to celebrate the new little man that will be in our lives in just over 50 days. We were ridiculously spoiled by everyone and I don't know how I'll ever let everyone know how much I appreciate having them in our lives....and how grateful I am that my children get to have them in theirs too. It really is day's like this that make you see how blessed you really are. I don't really have the word to express how much today meant to me. A huge thank you to Sara who put this all together, Mary for making this preggo the best baked brie ever, Nanny for baking her little hiney off last night so I could have my favorite "Christmas" cookies in blue, and Cissy for making me the best favors, diaper cake and book for Greyson ever....Oh and to Michael for saving the cake with the abilities no one knew he had but no one ever doubted. :)
The best big sister to be ever!

The 2nd most important girl at the party...

My car favors filled with M&M's

Cissy made me "It's a Girl" ones for Ava's shower and I used them to make her 1 year old photo collage at her 1st birthday. I'll do the same for the little man. :)

How many m&m's are in the bottle game------of course it's an FSU bottle. :)

Getting some help from my little helpers....it was much slower this time then when I had "help" for Ava's presents. :)

Toby made me personalized burp cloths!!! :) LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!

My fabulous helpers. :)

A clothes line of fun baby things! :)

Funny story---so Publix did not have any airplanes to put on this cake so Sara was going to buy a toy airplane and put it in the middle. She couldn't find one so Michael stepped in and said that he would draw a plane with all the icing we had. Sara and I (and everyone else at the party a little early) were a little concerned, but he said he could make it happen so we let him do it.....AMAZING. He saved the cake and absolutely blew our minds with his cake decorating abilities. Thank you bubs for making my cake so special....i will never doubt you again. :)

Ava helping Daddy play wii with the older kids.
When everyone left I slept for about an hour and a half. I'm exhausted. What a good day though.
Thank you again to everyone who came or sent presents for the little man. Blessed blessed blessed......Happy 32 weeks everyone.
Love and Ava hugs,
Rachel
