Sorry it has been so long between blogs. Things have been a little nutso in the Valabek household lately. The other day I took Ava to storytime at the library and it happened to be firefighter day! :) They had 3 fabulous firefighters come in and read them a story. Then they let us all go out and play on the firetruck. Ava LOVED it. She is obsessed with cars and trucks of any kind so to see a real fire engine up close she was just in heaven. They even turned on the lights and sirens for us! :) She had a blast and we met a lot of new people too! :) You won't see many smiles in these pictures---she was very focused and just taking everything in. The fact that there were a zillion other kids there too was a little overwhelming. Such a good little pretend firefighter. :)
