Welcome to our THIRD trimester! Week 28!

Aloha Everyone!

It's week 28 and that means a lot because we have now entered our third trimester!!!

Only 12 weeks (give or take a few days) til the little angel is here!
She is now measuring 14.8 inches from the top of her precious head to the bottom of her gorgeous little heels.

She weighs 2 1/4 lbs---or the size of a Chinese cabbage.
Her eyesight is developing so she may be able to see the light that filters in through my tummy.

She is also developing billions of neurons in her brain and adding more body fat!!

Ava also has nightly dance parties at 10pm in my stomach---and not 9:55pm or 10:02pm---she always starts right at 10pm. She has an internal dancing clock already!! I love it.

If it's possible, I think I may now be MORE excited then I was even last week!!

So this week has been very fun for me!! I've been FLOATING with Sara TWICE. (and if anyone has talked to me lately they know that the only way I'm going to get through this summer is by floating.....hello 95 degrees and 20 extra lbs is not a good combo.)

Notice the island on my tummy---all i need is a little palm tree to stick on it and it'd be perfect!

And the 2nd time we floated we found a live crab in the pool. After many efforts on Sara's part to get the crab out of the pool on a little palm leaf we found, the pool man came and finished the rescue mission. Hello!! That little crab had some pointy little pinchers and he wasn't afraid to use them!! I was busy taking pictures!

What an adventure!!

Today we are going to see TRANSFORMERS with our favorite boys Zach and Josh at the IMAX, BBQ'ing at Nanny's house, FLOATING, and then doing some fireworks with them!! Should be a very fun and exciting day! :)
